By the time you reach this stage, our designers have already completed a detailed design.. The first decisions typically revolve around architectural and functional elements such as:

Showroom visits often support this stage. You may see cabinetry samples, try different organizer layouts, review door mechanisms, or experience how a window system operates. It can be helpful to see these items in person, and we will join you at the showroom when needed. If you choose to work with us on furnishing your home, we follow the same curated approach used in the earlier phases. Custom furniture allows us to select fabrics, finishes, and cushion densities that fit you just right. We can arrange showroom visits for a proper “sit test” to ensure both comfort and quality. High-end furniture is an investment, and selecting the right pieces means you will be able to enjoy them for a long time
Plantings: Bring the Design Alive
A few weeks before planting begins, we review availability with the nursery and walk through the plant list with you. We consider:

- Proportion and placement
For signature trees or specimen plants, we can visit the nursery together and hand-select the right piece. These final touches pull the entire landscape together in a meaningful and lasting way.
