Internship

We offer a one-year design internship to complement your post-secondary education. Learn about the design process and master professional design software. From site measuring to creating plant layouts, you’ll get hands-on training working alongside our design team on our current projects, typically during the spring and summer months.

Apprenticeship

This is a three-year apprenticeship providing you with a Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) as a Brick and Stone Mason. Learn to mix mortar, properly maintain equipment, sort and cut stone, operate equipment and about the health and safety standards. We provide hands-on training with one of our crews through the spring, summer and fall, giving you the opportunity to do your required in-class training over the winter months.

Our three-year carpentry apprenticeship will provide you with a Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) as a General Carpenter. Learn to properly cut wood, maintain equipment, install decks and various wood structures and about the industry’s health and safety standards. Get hands-on training by working with the LandArt team on common and intricate wood-working projects. The apprenticeship takes place through the spring, summer and fall, giving you the opportunity to do your required in-class training over the winter months.

This is a two-year apprenticeship that will provide you with a Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) as a Horticultural Technician. The first three months will expose the apprentice to a working landscape business. Learn about equipment operation and maintenance, health and safety standards, preliminary blueprint reading, proper construction techniques, plant installation and hardscaping techniques. Receive hands-on training by working on one of our crews over the spring, summer and fall so you can do your required in-class training over the winter months.
