A throwback to 2018. This client wanted to extend their home, creating a 3 season covered structure that could host their friends and family through the cooler weather in the spring and fall.
This home extension was engineered, designed, and built through LandArt's system for project management. Ensuring each permit was approved, and that the aesthetics of the project matched the clients' wishlist for their new backyard.
The interior of this project was designed to host friends and family on the cooler nights of the spring and fall. The built in fireplace and hot tub were additions on our clients' wish list, which create their perfect backyard oasis.
The home extension was built using timber framing techniques, and matching stonework from the existing home siding. The flooring is oversized flagstone, which provides a durable surface that will be able to survive the weather.
