Feature Project:

Valentino

The Valentino project, completed this year, was an extensive landscape project for a new build home by Homes by Hendriks. This was a full property design and build project, featuring many elements: a new driveway, the patio around the pool, fire feature, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, gardens, and fencing. Overall, the property is both elegant and functional.

At first glance, you'll notice the new asphalt driveway with a stone curb, creating a great balance between durability and style. Its design and material selection complement the home’s architecture and were chosen for longevity and ease of maintenance.

The backyard features a show-stopping fire feature, serving as both a visual anchor and a warm, inviting space for gatherings. This space also creates a perfect transition from inside to outside.

Privacy and aesthetics were seamlessly integrated with the composite fence installation. Composite fencing is a great way to add functionality and security without sacrificing style, offering a low-maintenance solution.

The backyard's outdoor kitchen is ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with family. Designed for both functionality and aesthetic appeal, the materials used here match the home and outdoor living structure perfectly.

Finally, the gardens throughout the Valentino project tie everything together quite well. Particularly, a beautiful Lace Lady tree in the backyard adds interest and elegance to the space.

In conclusion, the Valentino project is a great example of how thoughtful design and execution can transform a space. Each element, from the driveway, to the patio, to the beautiful gardens, was built to not only meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality but also to create a modern and inviting environment.
